At Hasten Food Delivery App, we strive to provide the best food delivery experience. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and satisfaction for our customers.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are eligible in the following cases:

1. Incorrect Order: Received an incorrect order or missing items.

2. Food Quality Issues: Food is cold, damaged, or of poor quality.

3. Delayed Delivery: Order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time.

4. Cancellation: Order is cancelled by the restaurant or Hasten.

 

Return and Refund Process

1. Report Issue: Customer reports issue to Hasten customer support within 30 minutes of delivery.

2. Verification: Hasten verifies the issue with the customer and restaurant.

3. Refund or Replacement: Hasten provides a refund or replacement, depending on the issue.

 

Refund Options

1. Full Refund: 100% refund for incorrect orders, food quality issues, or cancelled orders.

2. Partial Refund: Partial refund for delayed deliveries or missing items.

3. Wallet Credit: Wallet credit for future orders.

 

Timeframe for Refunds

Refunds will be processed within:

1. 24-48 hours for credit/debit card refunds.

2. 3-4 business days for bank transfers.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 1 minute after placing the order for a full refund.

2. No Refunds after 1 Minute: After 1 minute, no refunds will be issued to promote a no food waste policy, as the food preparation process may have begun.

 

3. Quality or Service Issues: Refunds may be available if food quality or delivery service significantly affects the overall customer experience. Customers must contact Hasten customer support within 30 minutes of order delivery to initiate the refund process.

 

4 Incorrect or Missing Items: If a customer receives an incorrect order or if any items are missing, they should contact Hasten customer support within 30 minutes of delivery. Refunds or redelivery of missing/correct items will be arranged if the claim is valid.

 

5 Restaurant Cancellations: In rare cases, restaurants may be unable to fulfil an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
