4. Account Creation & Security

4.1 Account Requirement

Some services require account registration.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.3 Unauthorized Use

Notify us immediately at support@shreenathfooddelivery.in if you suspect unauthorized account access.

5. Guidelines for Responsible Use

Users must not post or share content that:

1. Is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
2. Violates privacy or intellectual property rights
3. Encourages illegal or harmful activities
4. Contains spam, advertisements, or scams
5. Harms minors or threatens national integrity

Reviews & Ratings

1. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences
2. Fake, misleading, or abusive reviews may be removed

6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 1 minute of placing for a full refund.

6.2 No Refund After 1 Minute

After 1 minute, refunds are not guaranteed due to food preparation and no-waste policy.

6.3 Quality or Service Issues

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

6.4 Incorrect or Missing Items

Report within 30 minutes of delivery for resolution.

6.5 Restaurant Cancellations

If an order is canceled by the restaurant, a full refund will be issued.

7. Advertising & Promotions

7.1 Advertisements

Advertisements or promotions may be displayed on the platform.

7.2 Third-Party Ads

We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party advertisements.

8. Additional Terms for Customers

1. Use the platform respectfully
2. Communicate politely with restaurants, delivery partners, and support staff
3. Platform must be used only for lawful purposes
4. We are not responsible for charitable fund usage shown on the platform

9. User Information & Location

1. Users must provide accurate information
2. False or incomplete details may lead to suspension
3. Geo-location access is required for service functionality
4. Location may be shared with delivery partners and merchants

10. Ratings & Feedback

1. Users can rate restaurants and delivery partners
2. Partners may also rate users
3. Ratings may be used internally without additional consent

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services.

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

1. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
2. Users agree to indemnify Shree Nath Food Delivery against claims arising from misuse or violation of Terms

13. Termination

1. Users may stop using the platform at any time
2. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
3. Obligations prior to termination remain enforceable

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

**All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and shall be governed by Indian law.**

15. Communications

You may receive communications via SMS, email, or app notifications.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
